MUNICH, GERMANY / GUANGZHOU, CHINA, March 28, 2014 – WILEX AG today announced that it has entered into a licensing and development partnership for MESUPRON® with Link Health Co., Guangzhou, China. Link Health will receive the exclusive licensing rights for the development and marketing of MESUPRON® in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao. The US-based consulting firm Destum Partners Inc., Charlotte, NC, USA, acted as transaction advisor to WILEX for this transaction.
