Pharmena, the manufacturer of innovative drugs and dermocosmetics listed on NewConnect, has appointed Destum Partners, a US consulting firm, to assist in finding business partners on foreign markets. The agreement, signed on 4 December, covers all markets worldwide except the United States and Canada. Under it, Destum will seek potential distributors or contract manufacturers of dermocosmetics produced by the Polish firm. The contract does not contain an exclusivity clause. Pharmena said it notified the stock market about the agreement because its huge territorial scope meant that it could have a major impact on the company’s revenues going forward.
